1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Sensitive information: we do not process sensitive information. Sensitive information according to the DPA includes: race, ethnic background, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetics, biometrics (where used for identification), health, sex life or orientation. This information needs to be cared for carefully and processed under article 6 and 9 of the act.
Social media data:
We may give you the choice to sign up for an account with us using the information from an existing social media account, such as your Facebook, Twitter, or other social network account. If you opt to register in this manner, we will gather the data listed below under the heading “SOCIAL LOGINS”
All of the personal information you offer us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must inform us if any of it changes.
Automatic collection
When you access, utilise, or navigate the Services, we automatically gather some information. - How long do we store your information?
- Unless a longer retention time is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal reasons), we will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. No requirement in this notice calls for us to preserve your personal information for more than three (3) months after the user’s account has been terminated.
- If we no longer have a legitimate business reason to process your personal information, we will either delete it or make it anonymous. If this is not possible (for instance, if the data is contained in backup archives), we will securely store the data and keep it separate from any other processing until deletion is possible.
- How do we keep it safe?
- In order to safeguard the security of any personal information we process, we have put in place suitable and reasonable organisational and technical security measures. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
You can turn on the Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) function or setting in the majority of web browsers, some mobile operating systems, and mobile applications to indicate that you prefer not to have information about your online browsing activity tracked and collected. There is currently no established common technology standard for identifying and utilising DNT signals. As a result, we presently do not react to DNT browser signals or any other system that automatically transmits your preference not to be tracked online. In the event that an online tracking standard is later adopted that we are required to abide by, we will update this privacy notice to include information about that practice.
